If you think you are beaten, you are;

If you think you dare not, you don't.

If you'd like to win, but you think you can't,

It is almost a cinch you won't.

If you think you'll lose, you've lost;

For out in this world we find

Success begins with a person's will

It's all in the state of mind. 

If you think you're outclassed, you are;

You've got to think high to rise.

You've got to be sure of yourself before

Κάποτε καποιος μου είπε, οτι γερνώντας, νοιώθεις πως όλος ο κόσμος σου γκρεμίζεται. 

Χάνεις τους γονείς σου.

Φίλους.

Τον σύντροφο σου.

Η μουσική που αγαπάς ειναι κατι που σταματά να γέννα. 

Μένει στο παρελθόν μαζι σου.

Μακριά απ τα νεαρά αυτιά. 

Οι ήρωες και οι προσωπικότητες που αγάπησες ειναι κατι που οι νέοι δεν αναγνωρίζουν.

Και ετσι εχεις ολο και πιο λιγα να μοιραστείς. 

Ολο και πιο πολλά που σου λείπουν.

Κ ετσι η θλίψη γίνεται ο καθημερινός σου σύντροφος. 

Για μένα, υπάρχει και η άλλη οπτική.

Ολ' αυτα ειναι απόδειξη οτι έζησες.

Οτι έγινες κομμάτι των ελαχίστων τυχερών που έστριψαν απ το ποτάμι της ανυπαρξίας.

Αγάπησες, παθιάστηκες, δέθηκες.

Αυτα που σε βαραίνουν ειναι η απόδειξη οτι είχες πράγματα , καταστάσεις, πρόσωπα που σου έδωσαν χαρά.

Και θα τα κουβαλάς μαζι σου μεχρι το τελος. 

Μπορει να ειναι θλιβερό οτι τα έχασες, αλλα ειναι προνόμιο οτι τα είχες. 

Καλό ταξίδι Νιόνιο και ευχαριστούμε. 

Να δώσεις χαιρετίσματα στο Λαυρέντη.

When we are born, we are given two finite and valuable resources.

We are given Time and a bucket of Effort.

We should be waking up and going to sleep always having these in my mind. 

Every day gone, every effort spent is a thing of the past. 

Something we will never get back.

Yet, we spend them like we have them in abundance. 

Mindlessly, without cause. 

Only ,close to the end, we realise our mistake, despite knowing their limited nature. 

This is what humankind is about. 

A monstrous intelligence of poor wisdom.
