All that I Bleed

Everything you own , everything you have to be proud of, is painted in blood. Your grandparents' blood, your parents' blood and last but not least, your blood.

We are brought in this world owning nothing but our own life (sometimes, some people have to earn this too).
All the other things, ideals and standards, are someone's blood.
He or she bled to acquire them.
A warm house to stay.
Clean clothes.
Food.
Safety.
Freedom.
Someone bled either metaphoricaly or literally for us to have these.

So we start our life having to bleed a little less than our parents.
Or more (It depends on the circumstances).

We build our lifes, exchaging blood for a better tomorrow.

We use our energy, our limited time here on earth,
to build a better tomorrow.
This way the world goes round, for most of us.

Not for all of us.
The catch to this system of life progression ,is that sometimes you spill your blood in vein. Either because the circumstances are not correct or because of them.
There is a kind of people that doesn't want to take the risk of spilling their blood with no success.

So what do these people do?
They spill other people's blood.
They kill, they suck dry of blood,
of people less fortunate than them.
They use another creature's blood to prosper.

They create wars, poverty, slavery.
Not to stay alive; just to fill their evergrowing appetite.
They need more and more blood (which always -for them- translates into money),
to satisfy their hunger.

These are the true vampires of the world.
Scarless people.
Always far away from the center of war and mysery.
Close enough to feed but far enough to avoid getting hurt.

They are there.
Holding the chains of this world.
Leading the slaughters, while laughting and holding their overfed bellies.

Look them in the eyes and you will see, the eyes of a beast.
Yet, their continuous greed, makes them forget Newton's 3rd law:
"For every action, there is an equal reaction."

And when this reaction comes, only then, they understand the meaning of their own actions.

Cause a predator's fate, always  reserves them a final battle to die in.
